The goal with The One, was to create a product that everyone could use, male and female, novice to expert.

The ideal dose for those with sporting goals, is one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening. One container provides a monthly supply.

For those less active such (perhaps your friends and relatives), but still wishing to use a high quality multi-vitamin, the dose can be just one capsule per day.
