Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how returns, refunds and damaged items work at Nutrihacks (F.M. NUTRIHACKSCY LTD).

Your 14-day right to return

  • You can cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
  • Products must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, supplements, foods and drinks that have been opened or had their seal broken after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@nutrihackscy.com or on WhatsApp at +357 94 055998, with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will confirm your return and give you the return address or an ACS drop-off option.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of contacting us. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of sending it back is paid by you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the returned items, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
  • If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.
  • Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few extra working days to show in your account.
  • If you prefer, we can give you store credit instead.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery costs, at no cost to you.
  • This does not affect your legal rights for faulty goods under Cyprus and EU consumer law.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
