Shipping policy

Fast & Reliable Shipping to ACS Pickup Points across Cyprus.

All orders are shipped via ACS Courier and delivered to your nearest ACS pickup point. We do not offer home delivery. You will receive an SMS from ACS when your parcel is ready for collection.

We currently ship within Cyprus only. Orders from other countries are not supported at this time. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated time for your parcel to arrive at your ACS pickup point: 1–3 business days within Cyprus. Delays may occur during peak periods or holidays.

Orders placed before 15:00 (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next business day.

If you need to update your ACS pickup point, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.
