Quick answers
What is the difference between EAAs and BCAAs?
BCAAs contain three amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. EAAs contain all nine essential amino acids that your body cannot make. If you only want one product, EAAs cover more.
Can I mix EAAs with my creatine?
Yes. Both dissolve in water and many people combine them in one shaker around training.
How many servings should I take per day?
Follow the serving size on the label. Most people use one serving around training, and you should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep to the recommended serving. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
