Figure 8 vs standard straps: figure 8 straps give the most secure hold but you cannot drop the bar quickly, so they are best for deadlift-style lifts. For rows, pull-ups and lifts where you may need to bail out, choose our BEAST Lifting Straps.
How to use
Put one hand through each loop, wrap the free end around the bar, then pass it back over your hand so the bar is locked in the figure 8. Practise with light weights first.
